Exchange & Refund Policy – Scensation (scensation.pk)

At Scensation, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent 15-day exchange/refund policy.

Eligibility for Exchange / Refund

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible:

  • The perfume must not be used more than 10–15 sprays.
  • Test it 2–3 times, and if you don’t like it, keep it aside for exchange.
  • The bottle must be in good condition (not damaged or tampered).

How to Request an Exchange / Refund

To initiate the process:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp: 0312 1234567
  • Our team will ask for a quick picture of the perfume bottle.
  • This is to verify usage (within the allowed spray limit).
  • Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Once your return is approved, your exchange will be processed.

  • The customer will have to dispatch the product they want to exchange and bear the delivery charges.
  • No delivery charges will be charged for the replacement product sent by Scensation.
  • Exchange orders will be delivered with 0 COD if the amount of the exchanged product is the same.
  • If exchanging for a product with a different price, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you on WhatsApp.

Once it’s confirmed that the received product is in the same quantity and condition as shown in the pictures shared by the customer, your refund will be processed to your provided bank account.

  • Refunds are completed within 2–3 working days.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Important Conditions

We may not accept exchange/refund requests in the following cases:

  • Request made after 15 days
  • Product used beyond 10–15 sprays
  • The bottle is damaged, tampered with, or excessively used
  • Item returned without prior approval
